The Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026 run from February 6 to February 22, 2026. The opening ceremony is February 6 and the closing ceremony February 22; competition begins February 4. The Paralympic Winter Games follow from March 6 to March 15, 2026. The event is spread across four zones in northern Italy: Milano, Valtellina, Cortina, and Val di Fiemme.

Milano hosts ice hockey, speed skating, figure skating, and short track. Valtellina (Livigno, Stelvio) has freestyle skiing, snowboarding, ski mountaineering, and men’s Alpine skiing. Cortina (Tofane, Anterselva) has women’s Alpine skiing, curling, bobsleigh, skeleton, luge, and biathlon. Val di Fiemme (Predazzo, Tesero) has ski jumping and cross-country skiing. In total, 15 winter sports are on the program.
